🌙 Booking Inquiry Form
Let’s work together
Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here.
Thank you for your interest in my work!
This form is the best way to begin the booking process with me and to get quotes for tattoos. It helps me understand your vision, your availability, and how we can co-create something meaningful together.
Please read and answer thoughtfully — it keeps things smooth, respectful, and in alignment with the care I put into every tattoo. Once submitted, I’ll reach out via text (1-3 days) to confirm details or ask any follow-up questions.
-
Do you take walk-ins?
I'm appointment-only unless I happen to have a last-minute opening. Feel free to text my booking number and check! How far out are you booked?
I’m usually booked a couple of weeks to 2 months in advance, depending on the season.Booking with a Friend or Family Member?
If you’re planning to book alongside someone else (a friend, family member, partner, or parent/child), please have each person fill out their own Booking Inquiry Form separately.
Be sure to mention the other person’s name and the preferred date(s) in your form. This helps me coordinate both appointments smoothly and avoid scheduling conflicts.
For example, you can write something like:
“Booking with [Name] for the same day, preferably [date].”This makes scheduling easier for everyone and helps me prepare for your sessions properly!
Can I get multiple tattoos in one session?
If you (or you and a friend) are getting small tattoos, definitely! For larger pieces, we’ll likely need to break it up into multiple sessions.Do you tattoo hands, necks, or faces?
Yes, but only for clients 18 and older. What if I need to reschedule?
Just text my booking number and let me know—no stress! Can I bring a friend to my session?
You're welcome to bring 1-2 friends with you. Seating is limited, so please keep it to no more than 2 guests. Can you design something before I book?
Yes! I offer a design fee option. You’ll receive the design to review, and if you decide to book, that fee becomes your deposit. Can I use my own design?
Absolutely! Sharing your own design actually helps me better understand your vision so I can bring it to life in a way that feels true to you.Do you tattoo over scars or stretch marks?
Yes, I do! Just know that scar tissue and stretch marks can sometimes swell more during the process and may require a touch-up depending on how the skin holds the ink. Some areas may feel more painful—or totally numb—it just depends on the depth and age of the scar. What’s your minimum?
My minimum is $100.Can I see the design before the appointment?
For most custom work, I’ll show you the design at the start of your appointment so we can make any adjustments together. If you'd like to see the design earlier, I offer a design fee option that includes review time before you book. How do I know what size or placement will work best?
That’s part of what I help with! During the booking process, we’ll go over your ideas and I’ll guide you on what will work best for the design, your anatomy, and the overall flow of the tattoo.Do you offer any flash designs?
Make sure you’re following me on Instagram or Facebook, so you don’t miss the drop when it happens. I’ll be posting updates when flash becomes available!
What if I don’t know exactly what I want?
That’s okay! If you have a theme, a feeling, or even just a few words, we can start there. I love translating abstract ideas into visual art.How do I book or get pricing?
You can fill out the booking form. I’ll follow up with a quote and available dates!

💸 Need a custom quote or have a budget in mind?
Let me know—we can create something beautiful that aligns with your range.🖤 My best work happens when there’s space for trust, collaboration, and meaning.
If you're seeking art with intention, you're in the right place. -
🖤 Rework / Correction (Work Not Originally Mine)
Rework involves correcting or enhancing tattoos that were not done by me. Because these vary in complexity, rework sessions are quoted individually based on:
The number of pieces
Placement & condition of the existing work
Linework or shading needs
Total time and attention required
All rework starts at my shop minimum of $100.
Larger or multi-piece rework typically starts at $200+, especially if multiple areas need cleanup, relining, or reshaping.🖤 Coverups
Coverups are a special kind of transformation — where an older piece is repurposed, masked, or reimagined into something new. It takes care, intention, and the right energy on both sides to make it work well.
Because of the complexity, I only take on small coverups, and only if the original piece is something I feel confident I can fully transform into a design that aligns with my style.
Please keep in mind:
I don’t do large-scale traditional coverups.
I prioritize pieces where creative freedom and placement flexibility are possible — this allows the new tattoo to flow naturally and still look beautiful long-term.
Not every tattoo can be covered effectively, but I’ll always be honest with you about what’s possible.
🖋 If you're unsure, you’re welcome to send in a Booking Inquiry Form with clear photos of the current tattoo and a short note about what you’re envisioning. I’ll review it and let you know if I feel aligned to take it on.
⏳ Pricing: $160/hour

To give your piece the intention and energy it deserves:
Your tattoo design is created with intention, energy, and care—often hours of drawing, refining, and connecting to your vision. Because of that, all major design changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before your session.
What counts as a major change?
• Changing the tattoo subject (e.g. swapping a wolf for a dragon)
• Changing placement (e.g. from upper arm to lower arm)
• Swapping reference images or style direction
If you arrive to your session and want something different than what was confirmed:
• A $50 redraw fee will be added
• Your session may need to be rescheduled to protect the timeline and quality of your piece
This boundary honors the time I’ve already spent preparing for you and keeps our collaboration aligned, sacred, and stress-free for us both. 💛
Thank you for respecting the process.
Uncertain? Let’s Pause.
If you're still deciding between ideas, I’m happy to help—but let’s reschedule so we can move forward with clarity and alignment.Keep Communication Streamlined
After you submit your Booking Inquiry Form, please keep any follow-up messages about your design in one text thread to my booking number only. This helps avoid miscommunication and makes sure I don’t miss anything important. I kindly ask that you avoid DMs or messages on social media, as those can overcomplicate the process and get lost. Thanks so much for your understanding!Studio Policies
Deposits are good for 1 reschedule. Additional reschedules = new deposit.
Deposits are valid for 1 year if you need to postpone (due to emergencies, surgery, pregnancy, etc.).

A little preparation goes a long way in helping your session go smoothly:
Avoid alcohol the night before—it thins your blood and dehydrates you. Hydration is key, so drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment.
Get good sleep the night before.
Eat before your session. It stabilizes blood sugar and helps prevent dizziness. Feel free to bring snacks & a drink, especially for longer sessions.
Avoid sun damage. If you're sunburned or have a spray tan, we’ll likely need to reschedule. Same goes for moles, wounds, bruises, acne, or irritation in the area—please let me know in advance if this might affect your appointment.
In the weeks before: gently exfoliate and moisturize your skin to keep it healthy and prepped—but avoid lotion on the day of.
Dress comfortably in a way that makes the tattoo placement easy to access. Loose, breathable clothing is best—especially for longer sessions. If we’re working on your ribs, thighs, or torso, please wear something that allows access without making you uncomfortable. If you're unsure, feel free to text me ahead of time for guidance.
If you'd like to listen to your own music or watch something during the session, feel free to bring headphones and a charged phone. You're welcome to make yourself comfortable—I want this to be a calming experience for you.
If you're prone to anxiety or sensitivity: headphones, deep breathing, or even a comfort item can help. You're always welcome to speak up—I’ll check in with you throughout the session and adjust as needed. This is a collaboration, and your comfort matters.
Thank you for choosing me to create something meaningful with you. Your comfort and readiness help make it a smoother, more focused experience for both of us!

For best healing and lasting ink:
Your body just went through something sacred — and now it’s time to care for it with presence and love. This isn’t just wound care. It’s a ritual of integration.
✨ First 24 Hours
Your tattoo will be wrapped when you leave the studio. Keep the wrap (3–24 hours) or Second Skin (1 day), depending on what we discussed.
When it’s time to remove your Second Skin bandage, gently lift a bottom corner and slowly pull down and away from your skin—not upward. Taking it off in the shower with warm water can help loosen the adhesive and make removal more comfortable. If it feels stuck, go slow—no need to rush.
When you remove the wrap, wash your hands and gently clean the tattoo with lukewarm water and a fragrance-free, gentle cleanser (I recommend Vanicream or Dial Gold).
Pat dry with a clean paper towel — no rubbing.
Let it breathe for an hour or two before applying aftercare.
🌿 Ongoing Care (Days 2–14)
What to use:
A thin layer of unscented ointment or tattoo balm (like Hustle Butter, Aquaphor, or a gentle natural balm) for the first 3–5 days.
Switch to a light lotion (unscented, no alcohol or fragrance) as the skin begins to peel.
What to avoid:
No scratching or picking — let flakes fall off naturally.
No soaking (baths, pools, hot tubs) or direct sun for at least 2 weeks.
Avoid tight clothing that rubs against your tattoo.
Watch for:
Minor redness and itchiness is normal.
If you notice swelling, pus, or prolonged heat/redness, text me or contact a healthcare provider.
🌞 Aftercare for the Long Run
Hydrate your skin consistently — well-moisturized skin = long-lasting tattoos.
Wear SPF 30+ on your healed tattoo daily. Sun = fading.
Give yourself 2–4 weeks before strenuous workouts or skin treatments in that area.
Need a Touch-Up?
Your tattoo needs to be fully healed before I can go back into the skin—that means at least 4 weeks. Going in too early risks damaging the skin or causing scarring, so it’s important to give your body time.If anything feels off during healing or you’re unsure about something, don’t hesitate to text me. I’m happy to take a look and help guide you.
🖤 If This Tattoo Was Emotional or Energetic Work:
You may feel unexpected emotions or body sensations in the days after. Be gentle with yourself. Drink water, journal, sleep. Let the mark become part of you.

(My Original Work)
Touch-ups aren’t always needed — many tattoos heal beautifully the first time. But if you do need one, here’s how it works:
🌿 Free touch-up:
Within 3 months of your original session (standard body areas only)🌿 $50 flat fee:
• If it's been more than 3 months
• OR for high-friction areas (hands, fingers, feet, elbows, knees, neck, etc.)🌿 $120+ (new session rate):
• For reworks, refreshes, or anything beyond minor adjustments🖤 Important notes:
Touch-ups don’t include redesigns or major additions.
Improper aftercare, sun damage, or picking can void the free touch-up.
If you’re unsure, just ask—I’m happy to take a look and guide you.
